Oral health message

They say brush it twice but I will Advice treat your teeth alike you treat your food plate. Clean it everytime post meal. Not everyone has ample saliva to wash teeth naturally so rinsing mouth for every first sip if drinking water you having is best habit. Visit dentist every six months. Avoid sudden temperature change in food as tooth is alike glass prone to microcracks. Avoid brushing right after eating acidic food or having acidic n carbonated drinks which softens your teeth. Instead rinse with mouthwash first let the remineralisation fluoridation happen then after some time brush.
