You oral hygiene routine must include brushing, flossing and tounge cleaning in the correct manner. To achieve this you may need help of a dentist, so visit them atleast once or twice a year. Remember, your teeth and gums are one of your biggest Asset which help you build your health,wealth, social well-being and sanity.
